We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka and to selected international destinations.
For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on location.
- Local orders: 2–5 business days
- International orders: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance times.
We offer free delivery within Colombo for eligible orders.
Outside Colombo, delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order weight.
The total will appear at checkout before you confirm your order.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

- Cash on Delivery (Colombo area only)
- Online payment gateways such as PayHere or Stripe (for international customers)
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with global PCI DSS security standards.
Yes. For international orders, payments can be made in USD or other supported currencies via PayPal or Stripe.

We accept returns for unopened tea packs within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
If the return is due to a quality issue or damage, Leavla will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We offer exchanges only if you received the wrong item or damaged goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
