3. Damaged, Faulty, or Defective Items
We inspect every single shipment to ensure premium quality before it leaves our facility. However, if your order experiences rough transit:

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship items back to our processing facility without prior authorization, as unauthorized shipments cannot be tracked or processed.
