We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) for international shipments, or personal checks.

3. Currency and Pricing

- All transactions on our global store are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) depending on your localized regional preference selected at checkout.
- If your credit card or bank account is denominated in a different currency, the final transaction amount will be converted by your bank using their prevailing daily exchange rate. Leavla is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
4. Order Verification and Verification Drops
To protect our customers against fraudulent transactions, certain high-value or cross-border orders may be subject to a routine security review.

- If your billing address does not match your shipping address, or if our automated fraud-detection system flags an anomaly, we may contact you via your registered email to verify authorization.
- Leavla reserves the right to cancel any transaction or put an order on temporary hold if we suspect unauthorized or illegal credit card use. If an order is canceled under these safety protocols, a full refund will be instantly returned to the original payment method.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, please check the following:

- International Permissions: Some banks automatically block overseas transactions for security. If you are ordering from outside Sri Lanka, you may need to call your bank to authorize a payment to Leavla.
- Network Stability: If using dynamic QR codes or crypto wallet connections, ensure your authentication app completes the transaction within the live timer window shown on screen.
