1.Freshly boiled water 
Temperature: 95°C to 100°C.

Always start with fresh, cold water. Avoid re-boiling flat water, as it loses oxygen, which dulls the tea’s natural brightness. Bring it to a rolling boil.

2. Warm the teaware
Prep: 30 seconds

Swirl a small amount of boiled water inside your teapot or mug, then discard it. Pre-warming keeps the water temperature stable while the tea is steeping, ensuring optimal flavor extraction.

3.Measure the leaves
Ratio: 1 tsp per cup.
